[qrp-canada] QRP-Canada Website is Back Up and Running

Hello everyone.

I would like to thank Michael, VE3TIX for his efforts in getting the
 QRP-Canada website is back online:

http://www.qrp-canada.com/wp/

Michael, VE3TIX reports that he has quite a bit of work to do to get
it back into full form.  So check back often!

I would also like to thank  Bruce, VE5RC and Dave, VE1VQ for continuing on
as List Administrators and Moderators of the QRP-Canada
